According to the guide, he convinced Bezos’ security team to allow him an hour and a half to showcase the marvels of Indian architecture. During the tour, they discussed various topics, including the speculation that aliens might have played a role in constructing these ancient structures. Bezos was reportedly captivated by the intricacy of the eighth-century sculptures and praised the brilliance of Indian craftsmanship. At the end of the tour, he generously paid the guide Rs 33,000 for his services.

Bezos is believed to have visited the caves in 2018 during a private trip to India with his then-wife and children.
